Doesnt tell you there is a toxic atmosphere to work in , the staff are always trying to get one up on each other , If you work in this field be prepared for back back stabbing , CIC should put under cover manages and observe how they really talk to the people , My observations has been they get shouted at and pushed and shoved , I personally observed staff taking expensive gifts from parents so their off spring get special care , The company does not pay sick pay and I know that staff use their holidays to cover the loss of wages when they are sick , Staff cook clean toilets wipe their sanitary needs , Anti social hours for work , and gut less managers who couldnt a do their job , Very toxic managers and up ,
